Residential - How to get connected?

If you are a residential network user, you are probably familiar with Clean Access.  Now all residential wired and wireless users must use Clean Access to access the network.

Clean Access, is a software that identifies any vulnerabilities existing on computers accessing the University's wired & wireless network, and notifies the user of needed antivirus updates and Windows security patches which must be installed before access can be granted.

We have upgraded Clean Access to version 4.8

SUBR Residential Wireless SSID: SUBR_RESLIFE

If you are having problems accessing the wireless network or installing Clean Access please contact the Help Desk (by phone: 225-771-3935, prompt 2)
